Construction Capabilities

Foundations

Engineering America, Inc. (EAI) has been installing concrete tank foundations for over 25 years. We have the resources to design and install your concrete tank foundations whether it is a water, wastewater or dry bulk application.

Tank Construction

EAI is the premier supplier and erector of Aquastore™ glass-fused-to-steel storage tanks in 12 states. In our 25-year history, EAI construction crews have installed over 600 tanks ranging from 15,000 gallons to 3.0 million gallons.

Composite Elevated Tanks

EAI is also capable of constructing composite elevated water storage tanks with capacity up to 1.5 million gallons. EAI's composite elevated tanks utilize the Aquastore® glass-fused-to-steel storage tank mounted on a concrete pedestal. This combination provides many advantages including shorter commissioning time schedules, no repainting and low routine maintenance costs.

Domes & Flat Covers

EAI represents Aquastore® and Conservatek aluminum covers and has installed domes as long as we have been building tanks. EAI is capable of installing domes in excess of 200 feet in diameter and flat aluminum covers for any water or wastewater application.

Insulation Systems

EAI offers our tank insulation services for fire protection tanks, wastewater tanks and water tanks in colder climates. We use an R-16 insulation with a corrugated aluminum or steel jacket coated in a Kynar 500 finish.

Tank Demolition Service

EAI can remove and dispose of your existing ground storage or elevated tank and foundation.

GB30 Modular Buildings

Along with tanks, EAI also offers GB30 modular buildings. The GB30 building system offers a versatile solution to your building needs. They can be erected quickly and provide a strong, secure, weather tight shelter for pumps, controls, or any other equipment requirements. The GB30 buildings feature rigid wall panels constructed of a foam insulating core and an enameled steel skin inside and out.
