TecStore® Epoxy Coated Tanks

Epoxy-coated tanks have an interior thermosetting liquid immersion coating system that combines outstanding chemical resistance with excellent physical properties and meets NSF Standard 61 requirements for potable water contact surfaces.

Factory epoxy-coated tanks offer the convenience of bolted storage tanks with many options of coatings to meet a wide variety of applications. In addition to the epoxy-coated tanks, the TecStore® product line also offers the same style tanks in stainless steel and hot dipped galvanized steel. This allows the tank to be put in the toughest of industrial and municipal environments.

Engineering America, Inc. is prepared to offer budget pricing on a variety of tank sizes ranging from 12,000 US Gallons to over 3,000,000 US Gallons.

Efficiency. Modular design means faster installation

Engineered Storage Products Company (ESPC) introduces the TecStore® epoxy factory coated steel modular storage tanks for liquids. Based on the concept of traditional glass-fused-to-steel tanks, TecStore® epoxy-coated tanks are shipped as precut and pre-punched sheets. The standard sheets are fabricated in their ISO 9001 Certified DeKalb, Illinois plant for prompt finishing and shipment to Engineering America, Inc., an authorized dealer. TecStore® tanks are also available in hot-dipped galvanized and stainless steel fabrication. The savings inherent in maintaining a standard inventory and adapting the modular concept to individual applications are reflected in our competitive pricing.

Economy. The benefits of bolted tank construction

TecStore® epoxy-coated tanks can be assembled for much less than traditional field welded and field painted tanks. Engineering America, Inc.'s factory-trained construction crews will assemble your tank quickly and professionally. Custom jacking systems minimize worker risk with maximum jobsite efficiency. Bolted construction is far less labor intensive and more economical. TecStore® epoxy-coated tanks can be ordered, shipped and assembled in considerably less time than traditional welded tanks.

TecStore® tanks are designed to stringent AWWA D103 requirements. ESPC employs the identical structural steel, engineering designs and hardware used in their glass-fused-to-steel Aquastore® tanks, and like our Aquastore® tanks, they offer the same reliable storage for most applications, including water and wastewater treatment storage. The combination of timely delivery, economical installation and durability make TecStore® the right tank for your job.
