Travis is the Vice President and Trustee of EA Tanks Enterprises, Inc. headquartered in Oakdale, Minnesota. Travis is a member of the Board of Directors and Advisory Board for EA Tanks and its regional offices in Oakdale, Minnesota; Loveland, Colorado; Olathe, Kansas; Hubbard, Oregon; and Gilbert, Arizona. He is also the Regional Manager of the Southwest office in Gilbert, Arizona.

Travis’ career began as a partner at Hackworthy, Hackworthy Inc. from 1980-1983 in commercial construction in the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota area partnering with his brother. They also owned several residential real estate properties, managed by Travis.

In 1983, He joined Grubb Equipment Sales Corporation to sell and market water and wastewater treatment equipment to Municipal and Industrial markets in a five-state area. Travis had the responsibility of developing and maintaining OEM blower sales. He was instrumental in the design, development, and manufacturing of blower packages and sound enclosures. He also did field start-up training of equipment sold.

In 1992, Grubb Equipment Sales and EA Tanks Inc. became subsidiaries of the newly- created EA Tanks Enterprises, Inc. Travis was President of Grubb Equipment Sales from 1992-1997. In 1997 EAI decided to drop the Grubb name. Travis continued to implement strategic goals as a strategic team leader in goal setting, growth management, hiring and training of key personnel and acquiring key manufacturers to promote growth of the company.

In 2009, Travis relocated from Minnesota to Arizona to become the Regional Manager of EA Tanks Southwest.

Travis was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and Milwaukee, and the University of Minnesota. He and his wife Kim raised their three boys in Stillwater, Minnesota. He now resides in Chandler, Arizona with his wife Kim and their youngest son Daniel who is attending ASU. Their two older sons Alex and John started their careers and reside in the Twin Cities after graduating from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, and Arizona State University.

Travis’ hobbies and interests include Domestic / International travel, vacationing at their home in Manitowish Waters, Wisconsin with family. He and Kim enjoy the Arizona Wine Country in their spare time. Travis also enjoys supporting his favorite teams the Green Bay Packers, Wisconsin Badgers, and the Minnesota Gophers.
